Lash fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks from your initial appointment. Anything beyond this window may be considered a full set. For PMU, complimentary or discounted touch-ups must be scheduled within the timeframe provided after your initial session.
4. Touch-Up & Fills Policy
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After this window, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Please plan accordingly to enjoy the full service experience.
3. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full payment before rebooking.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your final service total. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
